Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel had a few ups and downs. The rooms, though on the small side, were clean with poor lighting, and could have been more spacious for the price paid. However, the service was exceptionally friendly and service-oriented. The location, while vibrant and interesting, showed signs of age and clutter. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with delicious options but some areas falling short.
The hotel room was small and a bit tired, not meeting the expected standards for the high price paid. However, the service was very professional and pleasant, especially from the doormen and breakfast servers. The location was somewhat disorganized but convenient for shopping. The dining experience left much to be desired, although the bar was not functional. Overall, some aspects were lacking for the price paid.
The hotel is a mixed bag - the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable but on the smaller side. The service can be warm and accommodating, but at times it's dismissive and unhelpful. The location is excellent for exploring Lower Manhattan, but it might not always meet expectations. The dining experience varies from poor to delicious, and the facilities have their ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad. The rooms were clean and minimalistic in decor, but not up to the standard you'd expect from a pricy hotel. However, the room size was impressive, with a lovely courtyard view. The service had its highs and lows; some staff members went out of their way, while others came across as arrogant. The location, although visited several times, was a bit messy but still maintained a high standard. The dining experience varied from poor to good, depending on the venue, and the facilities were decent overall.
I absolutely adored my stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly quiet thanks to the quadruple glazing, and they were not just nice but also super comfortable. My room was spacious and well-appointed with fantastic bedding, and I even had my very own salon area to unwind while savoring a glass of Rose from the Mercer Kitchen, the iconic eatery within the hotel. The service was exceptional, with staff always ready to assist and provide valuable recommendations on great dining spots. The location was superb, conveniently close to various attractions and neighborhoods that I love visiting. The dining experience left a strong impression with delicious dishes that satisfied my culinary cravings. Facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall experience.
